At Wrappiness Gifts, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a gift isn't quite right. We offer a 30-day return window for most items provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original gift packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns processing center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
