How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gift to arrive sooner.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
Yes! Every Wrappiness gift includes a complimentary hand-written note. You can enter your personalized message during the checkout process.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options to more countries in the near future.
Will there be a receipt inside the box?
Since our products are often sent as gifts, we never include pricing information or physical invoices inside the package. You will receive a digital receipt via email.
